Event Details
Experience the OHV Rustic Cabin Getaway.  Old Hidden Vale is fast becoming one of South East Queensland's most renowned Mountain Bike destinations making this the perfect location for a weekend away with Family and Friends. 
 
There is over 50km of marked XC single track available for you to explore.  Take a ride to the Billabong for a BBQ and swim - on the way back test and fine tune your riding ability at the purpose built Skills Park. 
 
 

The area is abundant with varying species of wildlife, including the brush-tailed phascogales, koalas, white-striped freetail bats, lace monitors, several skink, wallabies, camels and much more. All of this is less than 70 minutes from the CBD of Brisbane.
 
Site Features: Cabins, Toilets, Showers, Shelter with BBQ and Kitchen area.  Solar Power and Gas Hot Water.  
 
PLEASE NOTE THE PRICE INCLUDES A BOND OF $99 PER CABIN, PER NIGHT.  THIS IS REFUNDED ONCE ALL RUBBISH IS REMOVED AND CABINS LEFT TIDY.
 
Getting There:
Dry access via 4WD only.  Enter at Spicers, 617 Mt Mort Rd, Grandchester.  Please sign in at the Activities Office, Cabins are approximately 8kms drive on farm tracks after leaving main road. 
 
Things to Bring:
The usual camping stuff - make sure you have included, Firewood, Toilet Paper, Bedding, Towels, Rubbish Bags, Beer, Wine and your Bikes
 
Non OHV MTB Club members:
Non members require day passes if they wish to ride the trail network, these must be carried with you whilst riding.

Important Information and Conditions Of Access and Use:
- Maximum of 8 adults per cabin, this cannot be exceeded. 
- If mountain biking, riders must purchase and carry day passes for the days you wish to ride. 
- Cabin access is via 4WD only - conditions must be dry due to the soil types on the property. 
- Do not leave the track.  4WD is not premitted anywhere on the property other than the track to and from the cabins. 
- Please remove all rubish, tidy up and leave everything as you found it.
- All gates to be left as found.
- No shooting
- No pets
- No motor bikes
